Held seasonally throughout the year, these immersive day retreats offer a deeply nourishing space to explore the Divine Feminine and Masculine within, receive energetic healing, and align with your soul’s wisdom.
Rooted in the path of the Rose and infused with light code transmissions, ritual, movement, meditation and heartfelt connection, each gathering becomes a temple of remembrance, where transformation unfolds gently, through presence, intention and grace.

Do you feel the stirrings of something sacred within you?
A longing to remember the balance of your soul,
to soften into love and awaken the deeper truth of who you are?
I warmly invite you to a deeply held Divine Union Retreat Day, where we will explore the sacred union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine – within yourself and in conscious relationship with life.
This is an sacred and intimate space open to all, whether you are called to attend alone or with a beloved.
What to Expect on the Day
Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through a sacred journey of reconnection and inner harmony. Together, we will explore the dance between the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine through a combination of:
🕊️ Cacao ceremony to set intention for the day and come into the heart
🕊️ Embodied movement and somatic practices to awaken your feminine flow
🕊️ Grounding techniques to anchor your inner masculine presence
🕊️ Sacred practices to witness, hold and be held in loving awareness
🕊️ Light code transmissions and guided visual journeys to activate inner union and release ancestral trauma, patterning and distortion
🕊️ Working with the wisdom teachings of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua
🕊️ Sharing, stillness, guided visualisations and gentle integration in a held ceremonial space
🕊️ Sacred closing ceremony with rose blessing, anointing and individual rose code activation
This is a temple space of remembrance and renewal.
You’ll be lovingly guided through a journey to reconnect with the inner beloved and the divine spark that resides within you.

What to Bring
- Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and warm socks – create your comfy sacred space
Journal and pen
A sacred item if you are called (e.g. crystal, feather, symbol) for the altar
Your own lunch (snacks and teas provided)
We will mostly be seated on the floor, but chairs are available if preferred
- Please wear layered comfy clothing as working with energies can cause temperature fluctuations
